Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase from Rainbow Kitten Surprise, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked and secure transit.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the products in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
